Dinan of Washington Times: Illegal Immigration on the Border Surging and “Catch and Release” Still in Effect. Has the Trump Effect Ended?

Has the Trump Effect ended on the border?

According to Stephen Dinan’s article on the Washington Times, it sure sounds like it.  Illegal alien apprehensions are up and the insane “catch and release” policy is still in effect.

Trump better get a handle on this and do all he can do.  This is what he ran on.

And, Congress should do its part.
